Drawing on centuries-old recipes, Caucasian herbal secrets and modern scientific insights, the herbal experts at St. Helia have developed a balanced regulatory complex in the form of this bitter drink. The exquisite blend of flavourful flowers, seeds and herbs – such as dandelion, centaury, fenugreek, yarrow, fennel seeds, as well as acacia and mallow blossoms and rose petals, is characterised by a perfect balance – both in flavour and in the interplay of the herbs it contains. The ideal balance has also been found in terms of alcohol content: as little as possible, as much as necessary – for a soothing experience without any undue burden. The recommended daily dose (3 × 3 ml) contains 3.15 mg of alcohol, which is only slightly more than the permitted amount in a litre of apple juice.
