Preparation

Loosen the dry powder briefly by tapping or shaking the tin before opening it. To avoid a cloud of dust, wait a few seconds before opening the tin. This ensures the powder is optimally loosened, making it easy to measure out the recommended daily dose. 240 g tin for a 28-day supply.

Recommended intake

Dissolve 1 level measuring spoon (8.5 g) daily in 1 glass of room-temperature water, leave to stand for 10 minutes and drink before a meal.
