Magnesium malate has a higher bioavailability than most other magnesium compounds, including the already very good magnesium citrate**.

Hallo,
ich nehme nun schon eine ganze Weile dieses Multichelat, davor hatte ich lange den Vorgänger.
Als mir die Kapseln nun ausgegangen sind, habe ich bemerkt, wie gut sie mir tun. Es ist ein wundervolles Produkt, welches ich wärmstens empfehlen kann. Die regelmäßige Einnahme trägt eindeutig zu einem deutlich besseren Allgemeinbefinden, bei mir auch zu besserem Schlaf, bei. Ich werde es definitiv weiterhin einnehmen und danke an dieser Stelle Mario Müller für diese Empfehlung. Ohne seiner Hilfe hätte ich das Multichelat nicht in Erwägung gezogen.
