Silicon-rich, naturally pure diatomaceous earth has been combined with two finely ground dietary fibres: psyllium and acacia fibre. Arrowroot flour, with its unique binding properties, rounds off this formulation. The result is a very special synergy with exceptionally high binding power.
Each daily serving contains 1.2 g of silicon. A trace element considered an important building block for healthy skin, hair and nails, it is also a key factor for the intestinal mucosa.

Ingredients

Silica (from diatoms, naturally pure, 60%), a mixture of soluble and insoluble plant-based dietary fibres and swelling agents as a binding agent (40%): acacia fibre, psyllium husks and arrowroot flour.

Recommended intake

Mix 1 measuring spoon (4.4 g) daily with 200 ml of water or juice half an hour before a meal (preferably in a shaker) and drink quickly. The measuring spoon is included in the tin.
