Silica‑rich, naturally pure diatomaceous earth has been combined with two finely milled fibres: psyllium and acacia fibre. Arrowroot powder with its unique binding properties completes this composition. The result is a very special synergy with very high binding capacity.
Each daily serving contains 1.2 g of silicon. This trace element, regarded as an important building block for healthy skin, hair and nails, is also an important factor for the intestinal mucosa.

With Kieselerde plus you stimulate bowel activity in an extremely gentle way. This is particularly helpful for people who are just beginning to support their bowel function. Due to its good tolerability, Kieselerde plus can be consumed long term.

The German Nutrition Society recommends an intake of 30 g of fibre per day. However, according to the WHO (World Health Organization), many people in industrialised countries do not achieve the required fibre intake.

Ingredients

Diatomaceous earth (from diatoms, naturally pure, 60%), mixture of soluble and insoluble plant fibres and bulking agents as a binder (40%): acacia fibre, psyllium husk and arrowroot powder.

Directions for use

Daily: 1 measuring scoop (4.4 g). Mix half an hour before a meal with 200 ml water or juice (best in a shaker) and drink promptly. The measuring scoop is in the container.

Storage instructions

Store in a cool, dry and dark place (not in the refrigerator).
