St. Helia Supervitamin K2 with bioactive menaquinone (MK 7)
St. Helia’s Vitamin K2 is characterised by its very high bioavailability and is also completely vegan. The menaquinone MK 7 it contains is a form of vitamin K2 that is particularly well absorbed by the body. This effect is further enhanced by the combination with vitamin A.
- 100% active, bioavailable vitamin K2 (MK 7)
- Also contains vitamin A in the form of carotene and vitamin E from tocopherols and tocotrienols.
- Just 3 drops a day provide a 3–4-month supply.
Vitamin K2 is ideal for use in combination with vitamin D3 when it comes to supporting bone growth. These two products from St. Helia are of exceptionally high quality, as they are made from pure, natural raw materials.
Trans isomers – why are they important?
There are even differences in quality within menaquinone MK 7 itself. The question is whether MK containing cis-trans isomers or all-trans isomers has been used as an ingredient. These isomers are molecules that differ significantly in their double bonds – and thus in their biological activity.
- All-trans isomers can activate the proteins osteocalcin and MGP as co-factors.
- Cis-trans isomers are biologically inactive. They cannot be utilised by the body.
St. Helia Supervitamin K2 contains exclusively the pure – biologically active – menaquinone MK 7 in the high-quality all-trans form.

35 mg.
