Spirulina Premium Eisen Plus - The biological iron alternative
Spirulina Premium EISEN Plus consists of 100% gently dried, blue-green, spiral-shaped Spirulina platensis microalgae. These thrive in strongly alkaline, mineral-rich mountain spring water on a protected sun farm under subtropical climatic conditions. In addition to an increased iron content, they also offer an impressive variety of essential nutrients.
During the cultivation of Spirulina, the nutrient-rich spring water is additionally enriched with the trace element iron, which the microalgae fully metabolise. Iron is thus present in an organically bound form and therefore with optimal bioavailability.
One tablet therefore contains 1 mg of organically bound iron; this is considerably better tolerated than iron that has been chemically added (e.g. in the form of iron gluconate). The latter is used in pharmacy-standard products and causes stomach or intestinal problems in many people.
Spirulina Premium EISEN Plus is a natural food supplement to provide the essential trace element iron.
