Lipid metabolism is a complex subject, but simply put, LDL cholesterol transports cholesterol from the liver to the body’s cells, while HDL cholesterol carries cholesterol from the body’s cells back to the liver. Berberine hydrochloride (berberine extracted from Berberis aristata, root), bergamot extract (Citrus bergamia Risso & Poiteau, fruit), filler (microcrystalline cellulose [cellulose gel]), olive extract (Olea europaea, fruit), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), coating agents (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycerol, hydroxypropylcellulose).

Recommended intake
