Chromium is an essential trace element
Chromium is an essential trace element. Vitals’ elemental chromium picolinate contains 200 µg of chromium per ml, which corresponds to 500 per cent of the average daily requirement for an adult.
Although it is only required in small amounts, it is of great importance for various bodily functions.
A lack of chromium prevents sugar from being transported into the cells, causing blood sugar levels to rise. The trace element also helps to process macronutrients such as carbohydrates and convert them into energy.
A significant amount of chromium is used up, particularly during physical exertion or times of stress. However, many people find it difficult to obtain sufficient chromium from their diet. Furthermore, chromium absorption decreases with age. For these reasons, it may be advisable to take chromium picolinate as a dietary supplement.

Ingredients
Purified water, seawater concentrate (CMD), acidifier (citric acid), chromium chloride, preservative (potassium benzoate [<0.1 %]).
Recommended intake
Take 1 ml per day using the Opti-Dose dropper (1 pipette = 1 ml). Add the drops to (approx. 200 ml) of water, fruit juice or food. Shake before use.
Storage instructions
Store in a cool, dry place away from light (not in the fridge).
