Magnesium in its elemental form
Contains CMD, a seawater concentrate from the Great Salt Lake in Utah, USA, that contains the full spectrum of minerals and trace elements (with almost complete removal of sodium). The product is produced by a traditional and natural concentration process using solar energy. The seawater concentrate is naturally rich in magnesium.
The minerals and trace elements in elemental magnesium are present as electrolytes in dissolved and ionic form. This means they are not combined with other elements, but exist as individual electrically charged particles. When magnesium chloride (MgCl2) dissolves in water, the ions Mg2+ and Cl– are formed. Minerals are dissolved in our body's intra- and extracellular fluids such as blood plasma. Minerals in ionic form are easily absorbed.
Magnesium and its effects on health.
The body contains approximately 21 to 28 grams of magnesium. Less than 1% circulates in the blood, about 20% is in the muscles, 20% in other soft tissues and the liver, and approximately 60% is stored in the bones and teeth. Magnesium is essential for strong bones, teeth and muscles. It is also involved in over 300 enzymatic processes. Magnesium is an important cofactor for enzymes involved in protein synthesis, the process by which protein is produced based on DNA. An appropriate electrolyte balance is essential because electrolytes act as cofactors for enzymes that maintain an electrical potential across cell membranes, which is crucial for the transmission of electrical impulses in cells, particularly nerve and muscle cells. Magnesium is vital for muscle function, including nerve conduction and muscle contraction, as well as for the heart muscle. In addition, a deficiency of magnesium can cause fatigue. Magnesium can help to recover fitness. It supports energy levels by releasing energy from fats, carbohydrates and protein. It is also essential for brain and nerve functions responsible for concentration, memory and mood. It also helps with normal cell division and the production of cells and tissues.

We are constantly on the lookout for brands that represent our ideals: highest quality, the consistent omission of unnecessary additives such as titanium dioxide or porcine gelatin, excellent value for money and absolute reliability in delivery to us and thus to our customers.
This is very difficult because such companies are extremely rare among the mass of dietary supplement manufacturers now on the market. But we have once again managed to find one with Vitals from the Netherlands!

35 mg.
