PeaPlex® provides 400 mg pure palmitoylethanolamide (PeaPure®) per plant-based capsule
and a vitamin B complex, ideal for people who do not yet take a multivitamin or B-complex supplement. This product can, if desired, also be used in combination with a multivitamin product from the Every Day range. One advantage of combining PEA and B vitamins in one product is improved ease of use.
Effects
The B vitamins contained in PeaPlex® promote health in various ways. For example, vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B12 and biotin support the proper functioning of the nervous system. In addition, vitamins B6, B12 and folic acid have a positive effect on the immune system. Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) is involved in the normal synthesis and normal metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and certain neurotransmitters. Finally, vitamin B2 helps protect healthy body cells.

Ingredients
Palmitoylethanolamide, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (plant-based capsule), vitamins (B3, B5, B2, B6, B1, folic acid, biotin, B12), filler (dicalcium phosphate).
Recommended intake
For the first two months take one capsule three times a day with a meal and plenty of water, or as recommended. The daily dose can also be taken in two administrations (e.g. two capsules in the morning and one capsule in the evening).
Manufacturer's notes
It is strongly recommended to use PeaPlex consistently for at least two months. Most users of PeaPlex notice a difference after just a few weeks. After two months you can consider whether to:
- continue taking one capsule twice daily
- reduce intake to one capsule once daily
- stop taking it
If the effect diminishes after reducing the dose, it is recommended to increase the dose again to one capsule two to three times per day. The stated recommended daily intake must not be exceeded.
This food supplement is not suitable for children under 1 year of age (legally required notice for products with a maximum of 3 mg vitamin B6 per daily dose).
