Vitamin B12 in active form
Vitamin B12 (cobalamin) was only discovered in 1948. It is a very complex, large molecule and is required for the development of all the body's cells. Nervous cells in particular suffer from a deficiency. The best-selling B12 is the synthetic cyanocobalamin. Although it is effective, it is not optimal because it must first be converted for absorption. This releases the not entirely harmless cyanide compound (better known as hydrocyanic acid). Methylcobalamin is the form needed by the body and is absorbed significantly better without conversion.
Vitals Vitamin B12 is therefore already present in the active form and can be absorbed optimally. Administration as a lozenge is not only pleasant due to the cherry flavour, but the prolonged residence in the mouth additionally increases absorption through the oral mucosa.

Ingredients
Sweeteners (mannitol and xylitol), binder (hydroxypropylcellulose), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), cherry flavour, acidity regulator (citric acid), methylcobalamin.
Recommended intake
Allow 1 lozenge to dissolve under the tongue once daily.
Caution
Contains sweetener(s). May have a laxative effect if consumed in excess. (Note EnergyVital: legally required warning — completely negligible at this tiny, milligram-range amount!)
