Maca

Ingredients

Maca (Lepidium peruvianum Chacon, root), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose [cellulose gel]), ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera, root, contains milk), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids, hydroxypropyl cellulose), black cohosh extract (Cimicifuga racemosa, rhizome), French maritime pine bark extract (Pinus pinaster, bark), coating agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), humectant (glycerol).

Recommended intake

Take 1 tablet twice a day with water, with a meal. If the results are not satisfactory, the dosage may be temporarily increased to 2 tablets twice a day.

Note

If you have hyperthyroidism or are taking thyroid medication, you should consult a doctor before taking an ashwagandha supplement. Do not use during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding.
