Chicken Fajita with Rice
Juicy pieces of chicken in a spicy fajita sauce, combined with fluffy rice – the perfect meal for cosy evenings around the campfire.
Chicken Fajita with Rice is a true outdoor classic: delicious on its own or rolled in a wrap. Tender pieces of chicken meet a piquant fajita sauce, refined with peppers, garlic, cumin and paprika powder. Together with fluffy rice, it creates a hearty, warming dish that restores energy after a long day in the outdoors.
Only fresh ingredients are used in production. The meals are gently cooked and then freeze-dried. This preserves flavour and nutrients while reducing weight and packed size to a minimum – ideal for camping, trekking and expeditions.
Preparation is remarkably simple: add water, let it stand briefly and enjoy. In less than 10 minutes a wholesome meal is ready. The high carbohydrate and protein content provides valuable energy for outdoor activities and supports recovery after a strenuous day.

Ingredients
(Amounts in grams used to make 100 g of freeze-dried product) Onions, 48 g chicken (chicken, salt), tomatoes (tomatoes, tomato concentrate), peppers (red, yellow, green), sweetcorn, 30 g rice, rapeseed oil, red kidney beans, 16 g fajita paste (onions, sunflower oil, lemon juice, sugar, red chilli, garlic, paprika, salt, ground cumin), maize starch, salt.
Preparation
1. Open the bag
2. Remove the oxygen absorber
3. Add 240 ml boiling water (to line C).
4. Stir well.
5. Seal the bag and wait 8–10 minutes.
6. Enjoy!
Storage instructions
Store in a cool, dry place protected from light (not in the fridge).
