A soothing warm breakfast of silky-creamy oats and fruity raspberry pieces – nourishing, filling and simply delicious.
Morning oats with raspberries provide the ideal start to the day. Tender oats combine with aromatic raspberries to create a balanced breakfast that not only tastes great but also reliably provides energy. Ideal for long days of hiking, demanding ski tours or alpine ventures where a powerful start is crucial.
Only fresh ingredients are used in production. The dishes are gently cooked and then freeze-dried. This preserves flavour and nutrients while reducing weight and pack size to a minimum – ideal for camping, trekking and expeditions.
Preparation is incredibly simple: add water, let stand briefly and enjoy. In less than 10 minutes a wholesome meal is ready. The high content of carbohydrates and proteins supplies valuable energy for outdoor activities and supports recovery after a strenuous day.

Ingredients
(Amount in grams used to make 100 g of freeze-dried product) Milk, cream (milk), 50 g wholegrain oats, sugar, 19 g raspberries.
Preparation
1. Open pouch
2. Remove oxygen absorber
3. Add 150 ml boiling water (line F).
4. Stir well.
5. Seal the pouch and wait 8–10 min.
6. Enjoy!
Storage instructions
Store in a cool, dry place away from light (do not refrigerate).
