Vegetable chilli with rice
A vegan vegetable chipotle chilli with rice that impresses with robust flavours and a pleasant heat. The smoky chipotle chilli sauce provides a spicy note and gains a special depth of flavour from the addition of fine dark chocolate. The result is a full-bodied, balanced taste.
Refined with peppers, cauliflower, onions and kidney beans, this creates a warming, satisfying vegetable chilli that is ideal for camping, trekking and other outdoor adventures.
Only fresh ingredients are used in production. The dishes are gently cooked and then freeze-dried. This preserves flavour and nutrients while reducing weight and pack size to a minimum – ideal for camping, trekking and expeditions.
Preparation is very simple: add water, let stand briefly and enjoy. In less than 10 minutes a complete meal is ready. The high content of carbohydrates and proteins provides valuable energy for outdoor activities and supports recovery after a strenuous day.

Ingredients
(Amounts in grams used to produce 100 g of freeze-dried product) 58 g red kidney beans, 53 g tomatoes (tomatoes, tomato concentrate), 53 g peppers (red, yellow, green), 51 g cauliflower, 43 g onions, rapeseed oil, tomato paste, 25 g rice, chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), 5 g chipotle paste (ground chipotle, sugar, vinegar, salt), cornflour, salt.
Preparation
1. Open bag
2. Remove oxygen absorber
3. Add 210 ml boiling water (line E).
4. Stir well.
5. Seal the bag and wait 8–10 min.
6. Enjoy!
Storage instructions
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light (do not refrigerate).
