A balanced acid–base ratio is extremely important for our well-being. However, maintaining a neutral blood pH of 7.4 is often difficult due to our modern lifestyle. Stress, acid-forming foods, or the consumption of alcohol or caffeine can lead to an increase in acid concentration. A healthy, alkaline diet can help stabilise the acid–base balance. An alkaline diet includes the intake of important alkaline minerals such as calcium, magnesium and phosphorus.
WOSCHA-Basenpulver distinguishes itself from many other mineral supplements on the market through high-quality ingredients that ensure effective absorption. Most products contain minerals in carbonate form. These are inexpensive but inorganic and therefore much less well absorbed than organically bound citrates.
