Arginine & Ornithine: A combination supplement containing semi-essential amino acids
L-arginine and L-ornithine are two closely related, semi-essential amino acids that can be easily converted into one another in our bodies and work together. However, a sufficient amount of L-arginine is a prerequisite for the production of L-ornithine. Our supplement provides the body with both amino acids, so no conversion is necessary.

L-arginine and L-ornithine in a 2:1 ratio ensure easy absorption. L-ornithine hydrochloride has high bioavailability. As WOSCHA Arginine & Ornithine contains no additives whatsoever, it is particularly pure and very well tolerated.
L-arginine and L-ornithine: like brother and sister!
Our body can produce L-ornithine by splitting off urea
from L-arginine. At the same time, L-ornithine is slowly
converted back into L-arginine. Both substances are therefore
interdependent and should therefore be taken together.
These amino acids are found in the diet primarily in animal-based
foods (meat, fish, eggs and milk), whilst L-arginine
is also found in seeds and nuts. Vegetarians and vegans in particular, as well as
adolescents, athletes and older people, have a high requirement for
L-arginine and L-ornithine.
