Chromium picolinate is a chromium compound that our body can utilise well. Furthermore, our chromium is produced using a new, innovative manufacturing process that further increases its bioavailability. In this process, chromium is ground with itself, which — similar to homeopathy — leads to significantly better absorption in the gut and into the cells.
