Biotin – beauty comes from within
Biotin is one of the water-soluble B vitamins. It was formerly also known as vitamin H. “H” stood for skin and hair. Biotin is a component of several enzymes involved in important metabolic processes. It is involved, among other things, in the formation of collagen and creatine.
