The 5-part phyto-complex

Soy isoflavones and red clover isoflavones are among the best-known botanical ingredients in the area of menopause. The complex is complemented by hops, chaste tree and black cohosh. The combination of different plant substances provides a broad spectrum of active components for the specific demands during the hormonal transition.

Bones & mineral supply

Vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 complement each other in supporting bone metabolism. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium as well as to the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin K also contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.

Nervous system & energy metabolism

The contained B vitamins make important contributions to nerves, psyche and energy supply. Vitamin B1, B2, B3 and B6 contribute to normal energy metabolism. B1, B3 and B6 also support the normal function of the nervous system. Vitamin B3, B6 and pantothenic acid contribute to normal psychological function and help reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Selected bioactive vitamin forms are used, including active vitamin B6, methyl- and adenosylcobalamin (vitamin B12) and bioactive folate.

Tiredness and declining performance can, among other things, be related to insufficient iron supply. Iron bisglycinate is a well-available and often well-tolerated iron compound. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin as well as to normal energy metabolism.

Thyroid & metabolism

Selenium and iodine contribute to normal thyroid function and a normal energy metabolism. The formulation relies on well-available forms of these important trace elements, including iodine from seaweed.
