L-Arginine
L-Arginine is an amino acid with the particularity that it contains more nitrogen than any other amino acid. This makes it the only amino acid capable of forming nitric oxide. The body needs arginine for the production of protein, collagen, elastin, haemoglobin, insulin and glucagon.
