L-tryptophan and vitamin B6 for restful sleep and daytime energy
L-tryptophan is one of the essential amino acids that are vital for our bodies. In food, L-tryptophan occurs as a component of proteins, primarily in meat, chicken eggs, cashew nuts and sunflower seeds. WOSCHA L-Tryptophan also contains vitamin B6 to support L-tryptophan in its functions.

L-tryptophan, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetarian capsule), magnesium, pyridoxal-5-phosphate.
Recommended intake
Take 1 EMBO-CAPS® once daily on an empty stomach with fruit juice or water. Protein-rich foods inhibit the absorption of L-tryptophan. It should therefore be taken with carbohydrate-rich foods or on an empty stomach.
Manufacturer’s warnings
People with severe liver or kidney dysfunction, asthmatics, as well as pregnant women, breastfeeding women, children and adolescents should not take L-tryptophan.
