Pure L-tyrosine without additives
L-tyrosine is one of the non-essential amino acids, which means it can be produced by the body itself. As a building block for the production of hormones and neurotransmitters, it plays an important role, for example, in the manufacture of thyroid hormone, dopamine and (nor)adrenaline. L-tyrosine is proteinogenic and therefore occurs predominantly in proteins and only rarely in free form.
