Ubiquinol – the effective form for absorbing Coenzyme Q10
Ubiquinol corresponds to the body's own, bioactive form of Coenzyme Q10. It is present in each of our cells. It supports metabolic reactions for the production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) in the mitochondria.
