Zinc in citrate form

This product contains organic zinc compounds and is therefore particularly bioavailable. Thanks to its good tolerability, it is also suitable for those with sensitive stomachs. People with stomach problems who need to take antacids in particular benefit from taking minerals in citrate form. Minerals must be converted into citrates anyway so that the body can absorb them. If there is a lack of stomach acid for health reasons, this cannot happen. It is therefore best to take minerals directly in citrate form.
