Cod liver oil is an oily liquid obtained from the liver of marine fish such as cod, cod, haddock and shark. Due to its high vitamin A, D and E content and high concentration of omega 3 fatty acids, this natural product has a wealth of health-promoting properties. Contains 1000 mg cod liver oil per capsule and is characterised by the optimal 10:1 ratio of vitamin A to vitamin D. This optimises the effect of the vitamins and increases their bioavailability.
