- Glucosamine is a natural amino sugar found in the human body. It is a component of connective tissue, cartilage and synovial fluid.
- Chondroitin sulphate is a component of cartilage that ensures its elasticity and acts as a shock absorber for the joints .
- Dimethylsulphone (MSM) is an organic compound containing sulphur, which is regarded as biologically active sulphur.
- Collagen contributes to the formation of type II joint cartilage.

Hydrolysed collagen: Higher bioavailability
After ingestion, the large collagen molecules must be broken down by our body through a complex enzymatic process into peptides with a lower molecular weight so that they can be utilised by our body. For this reason, Cartilage already contains short-chain collagen molecules. To increase the bioavailability of the large collagen molecules and ensure that they are absorbed by the body and can exert their effect, they have been broken down by an enzymatic hydrolysis process into low-molecular-weight peptides (long-chain molecules have been broken down into short-chain molecules ). This process enables the body to assimilate over 90% of these short-chain collagens.
