Ingredients
Algal lime (Algencalcium, iron, fluoride, manganese, iodine), magnesium citrate, organic camu-camu extract, vitamin K2 (microencapsulated MK-7 menaquinone), quince extract (boron), inactive yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae (vitamin D2), natural silica, cellulose (Vegecaps).
Recommended use
4 capsules daily, preferably on an empty stomach; 2 capsules ½ hour before breakfast or lunch and 2 capsules before bedtime. If you have difficulty swallowing, open the capsules and sprinkle the contents onto food.

Store in a cool, dry, dark place (do not refrigerate).
