Ingredients
Algal calcium (algal calcium, iron, fluorine, manganese, iodine), magnesium citrate, organic camu-camu extract, vitamin K2 (microencapsulated MK-7 menaquinone), quince extract (boron), inactive Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast (vitamin D2), natural silica, cellulose (vegetarian capsules).
Recommended intake
4 capsules daily, preferably on an empty stomach; 2 capsules ½ hour before breakfast or lunch and 2 capsules before bedtime. If you have difficulty swallowing, open the capsules and sprinkle the contents over your food.
Storage instructions
Store in a cool, dry place away from light (not in the fridge).
