In this case, we only accept the payment method "Prepayment (directly to us)", as customers cannot then cancel the purchase, e.g., because the sample arrived at the laboratory unusable through their own fault. Purchases made with any other payment methods that customers could unlawfully reverse will be immediately canceled and refunded.

Microbiological Drinking Water Analysis
The quality of our drinking water is strictly controlled by the Drinking Water Ordinance. However, this control does not cover the private drinking water system, as it ends at the house connection. Hazards that occur within the household drinking water system are therefore often not detected.
What is tested?
Legionella, Escherichia coli, coliform bacteria, Enterococci, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Clostridium perfringens, colony count 22°C and colony count 36°C

How does the ordering process work?
After your order, the requested test package will be sent to you with detailed instructions. You place your sample in a sample container, send it in a prepared envelope to Medivere's partner laboratory GANZIMMUN Diagnostics GmbH and receive a report with the evaluation of your profile after 5–7 days.
Legal notice: All sample collection is carried out by the client. This drinking water analysis is an indicative examination which is not performed on the basis of the current Drinking Water Ordinance. Official or judicial recognition of the test results is excluded.

Achieve better results with sensible diagnostics!
Around 50% of our customers are referred to us by their therapist and know exactly what they need. Many more have extensive therapeutic knowledge, but many also buy on a hunch ("just in case") without really knowing the details. For these customers it would make a lot of sense to first determine their exact needs or any deficiencies. Customers who buy a test from us are offered a short health consultation with a nutritionist, during which it is clarified which product would be best for them.
In addition, they receive a 10% voucher for their first purchase after they have received their test result. We are also happy to put them in touch with suitably qualified therapists with whom we are in contact. As a retailer we are only allowed to provide limited advice, even though we would be qualified to do so. This is regulated by law because of the conflict of interest between sales and therapy; for example, doctors are not allowed to sell medicines or vitamins.
