Purchases made with any other payment methods that customers could unlawfully reverse will be immediately canceled and refunded.

Microbiological analysis of drinking water
The quality of our drinking water is strictly regulated by the Drinking Water Ordinance. However, this regulation does not cover private drinking water systems, as it ends at the property boundary. Hazards arising within a property’s own drinking water system therefore often go unnoticed.
What is tested?
Legionella, Escherichia coli, coliform bacteria, enterococci, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Clostridium perfringens, colony count at 22°C and colony count at 36°C
The test kit comprises:
- 1 set of sampling instructions
- 1 set of instructions for checking results
- 1 sample accompanying form
- 1 warranty certificate
- 1 sample tube
- 1 Packing bag
How does the ordering process work?
Once you have placed your order, the test kit you have chosen will be sent to you along with detailed instructions. You place your sample in the sample tube, send it in the provided envelope to Mediveres’ partner laboratory, GANZIMMUN Diagnostics GmbH, and will receive your results, including an assessment of your profile, within 5–7 days.
Legal notice: All samples are collected by the client. This drinking water analysis is an indicative test which is not carried out in accordance with the current Drinking Water Ordinance. The test results cannot be recognised by the authorities or in court.

Reaching your goal better with sensible diagnostics!
Around 50 % of our customers are sent to us by their therapist and know exactly what they need. Many others have extensive medical knowledge, but many also buy "on suspicion" without really knowing exactly what they need. Customers who buy a test from us are offered a short health consultation with a nutritionist to clarify what would be the best product for them.
In addition, they receive a 10% voucher for their first purchase after receiving their test result. And we are happy to put them in touch with the expert therapists with whom we are in contact. As a retailer, we are only allowed to provide limited information, even though we are qualified to do so. This is regulated by law because of the conflict of interest between sales and therapy, which is why doctors, for example, are not allowed to sell medicines or vitamins.
