Omega-3 Liquid Capsule Normal (Podomedi + Medivere)

Our capsule bundle "Normal": 1 x Omega-3 index blood test from Medivere plus 9 x Podomedi High EPA/DHA, 60 Softgels

This bundle is suitable if you already know your Omega-3 index, e.g. because you obtained it from us a few weeks earlier and it was rather in the mid-range, e.g. Omega-3 index 6–8%.
You then start taking 2100 mg DHA+EPA daily and retest with the included test after 6 months to see if there has been an improvement. If the result has improved significantly, you can reduce the dose further, unless you wish to continue benefiting long-term from the health advantages that 2100 mg DHA/EPA daily provide.

The Omega-3 index test from Medivere provides the desired results simply, quickly and affordably. For the dispatch of more detailed evaluation and counselling documents, Medivere requires contact with a doctor, alternative practitioner or pharmacist.

Fish oil, D-alpha-tocopherol (soy), bovine gelatine (capsule shell), vegetable glycerin, water, sunflower oil.

Recommended consumption for our "Normal" bundle

Adults take 3 capsules spread over the day with meals. The entire bundle of 9 bottles thus lasts for 6 months. After this period, a follow-up check with an Omega-3 index test is advisable.

Note

If you suffer or have suffered from atrial fibrillation, use dosages of more than 1000 mg EPA/DHA only in consultation with a doctor. Omega-3 fatty acids have a blood-thinning effect. This is generally desirable, but if you already take anticoagulant medication, be sure to discuss this with your doctor so that the blood-thinning effects do not add up undesirably.
