Magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium hydroxide (from the Atlantic red algae Lithothamnium), plant extract complex of frankincense (Boswellia serrata) and ginger (Zingiber officinale), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetable capsule shell), vitamin-rich buckwheat germ powder, passion flower extract (Passiflora incarnata, 10:1, 2% flavonoids), marine minerals, medium-chain triglycerides (MCT from coconut oil), sweet orange oil (Citrus sinensis), lavender oil (Lavandula angustifolia).

Recommended intake

Take 3 capsules daily, spread throughout the day, with sufficient liquid.
