St. Helia’s Wild Yams Forte supports the specific needs of women aged 40 and over. It contains 800 mg extract from the high‑yielding Dioscorea opposita yam root per serving. The diosgenin naturally present in the yam root supports the body's own production of DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone). Diosgenin, in combination with the body's own hormone progesterone, is important for the balance of oestrogen and testosterone.
