Vitamin D – the sunshine vitamin
Vitamin D3 is also called the sunshine vitamin because it requires the sun's UV-B rays to be produced. However, vitamin D3 can also be obtained through the diet. It is particularly found in fatty fish varieties such as salmon or herring. If you spend too little time outdoors during the winter or follow a vegetarian/vegan diet, the body's production of vitamin D3 can decrease. Natura Felix Vitamin D3 10,000 IU - High-dosage and additive-free
D3 is the natural form of vitamin D and can therefore be utilised optimally. IU stands for the international unit and indicates the concentration. Because of its high dosage, one capsule per week is sufficient!
