This bundle is suitable if you already know your Omega-3 Index, e.g. because you obtained it from us a few weeks earlier and it was in the mid-range, e.g. Omega-3 Index 6–8 %.
Now you begin taking 2000 mg DHA+EPA daily and retest with the included test after 5–6 months to see whether there has been an improvement. If the result has improved substantially, you can reduce the dose further, unless you wish to continue to benefit in the long term from the health advantages that 2000 mg DHA/EPA daily provide.
The Omega-3 Index test from MeinLabtest delivers the desired results quickly and easily. To receive more detailed evaluation and advisory materials you do not need a doctor; the manufacturer sends them directly to the customer. Hence "perfect" — the full information plus an even more detailed analysis of blood lipids, without further hassle involving additional therapist contacts.

Ingredients
Fish oil, lemon flavouring, antioxidants (rosemary extract, ascorbyl palmitate and tocopherol-rich extracts).
Recommended consumption for our bundle "Normal"
Adults take 8.5 ml spread over the day. If measuring causes problems, we recommend either our dosing syringes or that you get a precision scale and measure out 7.6 g (oil is lighter than water)
At this dosage one bottle will last approx. 24 days. The complete bundle of 6 bottles will therefore last about 5 months. After this time a follow-up check with an Omega-3 Index test is advisable.
Note
The additional daily intake of EPA and DHA together should not exceed 5 grams (approx. 4 teaspoons [= 20 ml] Liquid EPA/DHA 1200 mg). If you suffer from, or have suffered from, atrial fibrillation, use doses of more than 1000 mg EPA/DHA only in consultation with a doctor. Omega-3 fatty acids have a blood-thinning effect. This is desirable in itself, but if you are already taking anticoagulant medication, be sure to discuss this with your doctor so that the blood-thinning effects do not add up undesirably.

Store unopened packages at room temperature. After opening, store in the fridge and use within 3 months.
