Our "Normal" bundle: 1 x Omega‑3 Index blood test from Medivere plus 6 x Vitals Liquid EPA/DHA 1200 mg
This bundle is suitable if you already know your Omega‑3 Index,
for example because you obtained it from us a few weeks earlier and it
was rather in the mid-range, e.g. Omega‑3 Index 6–8%.
You would then start taking 2000 mg DHA+EPA daily and test again with
the included test after 5–6 months to see if there has been an
improvement. If the result has significantly improved, you can reduce
the dose further, unless you want to continue benefiting from the
health advantages that 2000 mg DHA/EPA daily provide.
The Omega‑3 Index test from Medivere delivers the desired results simply,
quickly and cost‑effectively. For the provision of more detailed
assessment and advisory materials Medivere requires contact with a
doctor, Heilpraktiker (alternative practitioner) or pharmacist.
The Omega‑3 product for this bundle is called Liquid EPA/DHA 1200 mg and has a high content of EPA and DHA. More detailed information about the

Ingredients
Fish oil, lemon flavour, antioxidants (rosemary extract, ascorbyl palmitate and tocopherol‑rich extracts).
Recommended consumption for our "Normal" bundle
Adults take 8.5 ml spread over the day. If measuring is difficult,
we recommend either our dosing syringes or purchasing a precision scale and measuring out 7.6 g (oil is lighter than water).
At this dosage one bottle will last approx. 24 days. The complete
bundle of 6 bottles will therefore last about 5 months. After this
period a follow‑up check with an Omega‑3 Index test is advisable.
Note
The additional daily intake of EPA and DHA combined should not exceed 5 grams (approx. 4 teaspoons [= 20 ml] Liquid EPA/DHA 1200 mg). If you suffer or have suffered from atrial fibrillation, use doses of more than 1000 mg EPA/DHA only in consultation with a doctor. Omega‑3 fatty acids have a blood‑thinning effect. This is generally desirable, but if you are already taking anticoagulant medication, be sure to discuss this with your doctor so that the blood‑thinning effects do not combine undesirably.
Storage instructions
Store unopened packages at room temperature. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within 3 months.
