- Products with a best-before date (MHD) that is approaching. As a rule, the products remain good for considerably longer; only with oils should you not go too far beyond the best-before date.
- Products from brands that we are discontinuing. These may even still have a full best-before period remaining.
- Products that we accidentally ordered too many of. Things don't always run smoothly here either — sometimes a larger order is shipped twice by manufacturers, or our warehouse software shows us incorrect figures and we order more than necessary. As we don't have unlimited storage capacity, the product is then sold at a reduced price until quantities return to normal. ^
