Around 50% of our customers are referred to us by their therapist and know exactly what they need. Many others have extensive therapeutic knowledge, but many also make purchases “on suspicion” without really knowing what they’re doing. For these customers it would make a lot of sense to first determine their exact needs or any deficiencies. Customers who buy a test from us are offered a short health consultation with our nutritionist to clarify which product would be best for them.
In addition, they receive a 10% voucher for their first purchase after they have received their test result. And we are happy to refer them to qualified therapists with whom we are in contact.
