Plan sensibly AND save!

We strongly support customers who, after a sensible diagnosis and professional assessment, deliberately buy the product that is right for them rather than merely guessing their needs. Therefore we like to encourage this behaviour with a 10% discount on their first purchase after they have received their test result.
But please note: we no longer include this voucher automatically for a simple reason: creating and managing the vouchers is a tremendous time and organisational effort for us. On the other hand, the offer has so far only very rarely been used by customers or issued voucher codes were not redeemed. Therefore we are now saving ourselves this unnecessary bureaucracy. If you purchase a test from us and then want to buy micronutrients from us and want to receive them 10% cheaper, simply place your order and choose the payment method "Prepayment" or "Pay by invoice" and note in the field "Additional information" that you have purchased a test and would like the 10% discount. We will then deduct it immediately and without any problems from the invoice! Those two payment methods must be used in this case, because only there can we easily deduct the 10% after purchase before we send the parcel with the invoice. With PayPal, credit card, etc. it would create considerable bureaucratic effort to refund 10% of the purchase price.

Better to buy directly from the manufacturer!

In most offers you will find, instead of the button "Add to cart", the button "View product"!
This means we forward you directly to the manufacturer, instead of, as usual, ordering the products ourselves and then shipping them to our customers.
This has major advantages for customers:

• Medivere's laboratory needs your samples for analysis after purchase. Further questions often arise. Direct contact with the manufacturer makes more sense than everything always having to go through us.
• You then have a customer account directly with Medivere, which also makes more sense for archiving your test results or for future orders. We are not permitted to hold these confidential data at all and we do not receive them from Medivere!

For clicking our "View product" button we receive a small commission. This is really very small at Medivere; the main reason for this offer is really that we want our customers to be able to make sensible decisions regarding their nutrient needs — our profit interests as a shop play virtually no role in this tiny commission from Medivere. Nevertheless you receive various benefits from us when, based on these test results, you sensibly order from our range in the form of discounts and further support with specific questions about your test result.

As retailers ourselves we are only permitted to provide limited information, even though we would have the qualifications to do so. This is regulated by law because of the conflict of interest between sales and therapy; for this reason, for example, doctors are not allowed to sell medicines or vitamins.
